Itinerant hike to discover the Tanzanian wilderness from the lowland coastal Savannah and mangrove forests, and finishing on the magical beaches of the Indian Ocean crossing the Masai steppes of Simanjo and Kitwai, Tarangire animal migration reserves.
Bivouacs in the middle of nowhere to meet local people and well-deserved comfort accommodation. Biking on tracks frequented by wildlife and visiting the Tarangire animal park by 4×4.

When arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. On the way you will see some amazing landscapes of Arusha region and amazing peoples of Tanzania passing through some small towns towards a clean and arranged city of Arusha. There after you will meet some crew members for your tour and checking the bike for your tour. There after we will brief you about your tour and if you want to, you can explore Arusha.
This day we start our tour from your hotel/Lion HQ toward Lake Chala via Mererani we see the Tanzanite mining areas and also pass through Chemka hot spring for swimming and hot Lunch, we then ride toward Lake Chala were we sleep at Lake chala Lodge, here we came across with a nice view of lake chala and greated by a nice sound of Baboon and Birds. The road are Mixed terrain and also some parts are rocky, gravel,dusty/Mud depending on the sessions of the year and some off-road are difficult.
We will leave the Baboon land and ride from Windward to leeward side of Mount Kilimanjaro to the windward side. We hope to see the two peaks, Mawenzi and Kibo, which are usually only visible in the morning and evening. This is a chance to see various Chagga tribes, considered the typical conservators of Kilimanjaro. We stop for a picnic on the way and if we are lucky, we may see mountain primates such as black and white Columbus monkeys and blue monkeys in the forest reserve. Our riding takes place near the border of Tanzania and Kenya and we ride on newly paved roads as well as dirt tracks and spend the night in a lodge.
When the sun shines we start our beautifuly day by leaving this amazing family (Simba farm Lodge) and cold weather and riding toward an amazing game reserve known as enduimet hope to ride along some animals such as giraffes, Elephants, Impala etc, then we ride towards Longido Mountains and arrives at small town known as Longido, we then ride to ketumbeine were we may have a lunch box somewhere under a big tree. From there our riding takes us to visit Lake Natron were we will be welcomed by the great view of mount Lengai (Mountain of God) then we ride inside our beautifully Lake and area known as Lake Natron. The roads can be 95% offroad and difficult, also the weather it can be so hot and too sunny but funny cause we hope to see some wild animals, landscapes, dusty and Culture.
We start our day by exploring the stunning Lake Natron area by riding and walking around the lake and admire unique landscapes and birdlife and ride about 30 Km to see hot water spring. We then come back for hot lunch at the hotel. After lunch we visit nearby Engaresero water falls for refreshing dip, swimming and Maasai Boma visit and then spend some time on the small town for a barbecue and then back to the hotel rest a bit.
The last day start with bird sound from our beautfull hotel, and we now leave amazing people after their delicious breakfast, We start and enjoy our scenic ride through the rugged terrain and Maasai villages we stop by taking some pictures with the beautifull Oldonyo Lengai Mountain (Mountain Of God) and then Pass through hollow of God (“Shimo La Mungu”) we may then take lunch and proceed with our 5 hours riding to Arusha this will depend on the nature of the riders. On the way to Arusha we also see some wild animals, landscapes Maasai villages etc. the riding will be mixed terrain were by 70% will be off-road and 30% asphalt.
This epic motorcycle tour has come to an end. You will be transferred to the airport or you could extend the trip with a safari round trip to Serengeti and Ngorogoro or Zanzibar.
